Are You Eligible?

To qualify for the Culinary and Bartenders Housing Partnership Program, you must:

Be a Culinary or Bartender worker with a participating property and meet specified income requirements.

Purchase and occupy a home as your primary residence in Clark or Nye County.

Qualify for a first mortgage and contribute up to 3.5% of your down payment or closing costs.

Additional requirements may apply.
