Brooke Page is a strategic thinker and solutions-focused professional with 17 years of experience in public administration to include nonprofit, state and local government program management. At CSH, Brooke provides and oversees training and technical assistance in the Southwest Region (Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico) in addition to project underwriting, to help local communities develop and operate supportive housing. She also conducts extensive training in the areas of housing development, finance, property management and service provision.

Prior to joining CSH, Brooke worked for five years in homeless service provision and regional Continuum of Care coordination at Clark County Social Service. As an assistant manager she oversaw in excess of $10 million annually in federal and state grant funded programs, contract development, and quality assurance.

Brooke’s experience consists of implementing, providing technical assistance and managing subcontracts for multiple supportive housing service providers who serve over 500 individuals, families, youth, medically fragile and frequent utilizer households who experience chronic and literal homelessness annually. Brooke has experience developing partnerships with the justice, healthcare and behavioral health systems and has spearheaded efforts related to frequent users of high cost systems to link households to supportive housing and stop the cycle of recidivism. Her partnership development has also supported healthcare and housing partnerships with managed care organizations by developing housing options for medically fragile households.

Brooke’s background consists of starting her social service career and working for10 years in non-profit program management where she was a program coordinator, case manager, program manager and deputy director of youth programs at Nevada Partners from 2005-2011, and criminal correctional case management and administration for the Nevada Department of Corrections. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Master’s in Legal Studies degree from Pepperdine School of Law.
